Formación

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in New York.
• 3+ years of securitization and structured finance experience.
• Preference for large law firm experience and CLO interest.
• Experience in private credit, CLOs, fund finance or NAV-based facilities preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades
