You will develop communications, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and analyze data to drive process improvements while maintaining governance frameworks and supporting program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years in vendor management or project leadership.
• Experience in vendor governance and relationship management in biotech/pharma.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve vendor governance processes, tools, templates, and workflows.
• Manage day-to-day VRM operations, including shared mailboxes, meeting coordination, documentation, and reporting.
• Develop presentations, internal communications, and eLearning materials.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to improve communication and partnership.
• Analyze operational data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain governance frameworks and support continuous process improvement.
