Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking a project/clinical trials coordinator to oversee Pharma Services projects from initiation to contract completion under supervision. You will act as the primary contact to pharma customers and coordinate cross-functional timelines and plans.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, guiding execution, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring compliant documentation and on-time delivery. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project or clinical trial coordination/management in regulated industries.
• Exposure to clinical studies.
• Experience with rapid milestone-driven clinical projects.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple clinical testing and lab services projects from initiation through contract completion.
• Act as primary point of contact to Pharma customers.
• Develop project plans and coordinate timelines for assigned projects.
• Manage execution of cross-functional plans and track progress.
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, or delays and challenge assumptions.
• Oversee sample process flow and reporting of results.
• Coordinate interactions with CROs, site investigators, and client counterparts.
• Organize meetings, set agendas, and edit meeting minutes.
• Track and communicate project reports and clinical study data to Pharma clients.
