Job summary

IQVIA Biotech is seeking an Associate Clinical Project Management Director to lead the operational delivery of multinational studies, driving time, quality and profitability in line with SOPs.

You will oversee bids, study plans, risk management, client relationships, and cross-functional collaboration across BD, operations and finance, ensuring adherence to ICH GCP and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• 10 years of clinical research experience including 6 years in project management or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations for clinical trials.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid defense presentations in collaboration with Business Development for large, multi-country studies.
• Develop and support integrated study management plans with the core project team.
• Oversee strategic development and execution of clinical studies in line with contracts, optimizing speed, quality and cost.
• Serve as primary project contact with customers and manage key customer relationships.
