Job summary

PTC Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Operations to lead the end-to-end management of clinical trials across therapeutic areas.

You will work as part of the clinical team to design studies, oversee timelines, budgets, site and CRO management, and reporting. This role requires strong regulatory knowledge (GMP/GCP/ICH), excellent communication, and the ability to mentor direct reports while collaborating with investigators and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with at least 7 years in clinical research.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech settings and regulatory submissions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and reporting of clinical trials across trials.
• Manage study timelines, budgets, and vendor relations.
• Prepare and review protocols, consent forms, and regulatory submissions.
• Mentor direct reports and collaborate with internal/external teams.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GCP, and ICH guidelines.
