Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with 7+ years of clinical research experience.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GCP and ICH guidelines is expected.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, matrixed, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and reporting of clinical trials, including timelines and CRF design.
• Coordinate with investigators, vendors, and CROs to meet regulatory and study goals.
• Develop budgets, manage expenditures, and report progress to the team.
• Prepare regulatory submissions and assist with study documentation revisions.
• Coach and mentor direct reports within Clinical Operations.
