You will lead planning, leadership, and continuous-improvement efforts across core functions and work with senior leadership globally. The role requires a Bachelors degree and 10+ years in pharma/biotech settings, with hybrid work options in Armonk, NY or Warren, NJ, or remote USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 10+ years of relevant industry experience in pharma/biotech environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program-level overview of clinical laboratory status and issues; communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Oversee clinical laboratory timelines and decisions for early lab engagement and study start-up.
• Ensure timely delivery of operational deliverables and consistency across study teams.
• Oversee portfolio of clinical studies flowing through decision-making forums.
• Lead strategic forums, planning, and vendor visits for assigned programs.
