Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years of experience in pharma/biotech settings preferred.
• Experience with clinical trials, continuous improvement, and lab operations decision making.
• Proven ability to lead strategic planning, vendor governance, risk mitigation, and cross-functional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program-level overview of clinical laboratory status and issues; communicate progress, risks, or changes to stakeholders.
• Oversee laboratory timelines across assigned programs; ensure study starts and data delivery align with decisions.
• Ensure timely delivery of operational deliverables and consistent processes across study teams.
• Lead strategic forums, planning, and operations for the function; organize vendor visits, lab leadership, and cross-functional reviews.
• Support laboratory strategy, budgeting, translational meetings, and KPI reviews to drive action plans.
