Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in pharma/biotech.
• Experience with clinical trials and continuous improvement in clinical lab operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a program-level overview of clinical laboratory status and issues; communicate progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Oversee clinical laboratory timelines across the assigned program; ensure study starts and data delivery align with decisions.
• Ensure timely delivery of operational deliverables; oversee portfolio of studies; standardize processes across study teams.
• Lead and facilitate strategic forums, planning, and operations for the function; coordinate vendor visits and cross-functional reviews.
• Support laboratory strategy, budget management, KPI tracking, and cross-functional liaison with finance and leadership.
