Job summary

DNP Imagingcomm America Corporation, based in Concord, NC, seeks a Client Success Manager to drive sales of dye-sublimation ribbons and related products in the Americas. You will manage relationships, coordinate production, and ensure customer satisfaction with timely follow-ups on payments.

The role requires strong communication, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally to expand markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of personal computer and Microsoft software products.
• Strong aptitude for evaluating technical information.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel when necessary to develop markets/sales aggressively.
• Must be able to complete tasks, including paperwork, within specified time and in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production efforts, delivery of products, quality and customer satisfaction, and follow up of customer payment.
• Develop positive relationships with assigned customers.
• Identify customer needs, establish buying influences, budgets and purchasing criteria.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and sales reporting.
• Prepare estimates and contracts with customers and overcome objections to sale closure.
• Document all customer interactions and inform management and other departments when necessary.
• Develop sales presentations for customers and executives as requested.
• Develop new customers and markets, contact potential customers.
• Secure payments from customers.
• Research market for products and new products.
• Travel domestically and internationally to visit customers and promote products.
