Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in medical coding, auditing, and revenue cycle management with leadership.
• Certification CPC/CCS or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client relationships, coding operations, and revenue cycle optimization.
• Ensure CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS adherence and payer policy compliance.
• Lead and mentor onshore and offshore coding teams.
• Coordinate with billing, AR, and denial teams to reduce denials.
