Job summary

Sun Life U.S. seeks a Client Relationship Executive to serve as a strategic advisor for a portfolio of group benefits clients in the upper Midwest, partnering with brokers and internal teams to drive retention and growth.

You will identify opportunities to enhance clients' benefits strategy, deliver consultative recommendations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across Life, Disability, Dental, Absence, and supplemental health programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Employee Benefits, Group Insurance, Account Management or Client Relationship Management.
• Knowledge of group employee benefit plans and benefit design.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of group benefits clients.
• Collaborate with brokers, plan sponsors, sales teams, and service partners to drive long-term success.
• Lead client reviews and provide insights into claims, plan performance, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and execute client-specific business plans focused on engagement, retention and growth.
