Job summary

Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to act as a strategic advisor for a portfolio of group benefits clients in the upper Midwest.

You will manage relationships with employers, brokers, plan sponsors, and internal partners to guide benefits strategy and drive retention and growth. In this consultative role, you will lead client reviews, collaborate with underwriting and service teams, and develop territory plans to expand opportunities while delivering an exceptional client

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Employee Benefits, Group Insurance, Account Management, Client Relationship Management
• Bachelor's degree preferred or higher education in a related field
• Current insurance license is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own and strengthen relationships with employers, brokers, and internal partners across Life, Disability, Dental, Absence and health programs
• Deliver strategic guidance and consultative recommendations to improve client outcomes and retention
• Lead client reviews, develop territory strategies, and collaborate with sales, underwriting, enrollment and service teams
• Identify opportunities for growth, cross-sell, and revenue expansion while ensuring a superior client experience
