Job summary

Markel Group is seeking a Client Executive to develop and manage a portfolio of strategic client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, retention and profitability. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and partner across functions to implement client programs.

The role focuses on onboarding, program implementation, training and ongoing client support, with opportunities to drive new business and cross-sell while coordinating with sales teams and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Five years in relationship management or three years in lending management or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytics skills.
• Residence in the Pacific time zone is preferred.

Responsibilities
