Markel Corporation is seeking a Client Executive to manage a portfolio of strategic clients and act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. You’ll drive retention, profitability, and cross-functional collaboration across onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

The role requires five years in relationship management or three in financial services lending, a Pacific time-zone residence, and willingness to travel. Strong communication, negotiation and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5 years of relationship management experience or 3 years in lending management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and reside in Pacific time zone.
• Experience with CRM, data analysis and client onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Manage designated client portfolio to ensure service excellence and profitable growth.
• Lead strategic reviews and communicate program value to executives.
• Oversee onboarding and implementation of client programs.
• Support sales in pursuing new opportunities and cross-selling.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain records.
