P11 is seeking an experienced Client Partner to lead and grow key client relationships within the multifamily and broader real estate sectors. You will translate business objectives into integrated marketing strategies while ensuring top‑tier execution and measurable results, with an AI‑first approach guiding client service.

You will collaborate with brand, creative, web, and digital specialists to deliver campaigns that meet client KPIs and drive growth across accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency account leadership or integrated marketing experience, with direct multifamily and broader real estate industry experience required.
• Strong working knowledge across brand strategy, creative, website development, SEO, paid search, paid social, and digital marketing.
• Experience managing complex client engagements from onboarding through ongoing execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships with senior stakeholders to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Develop strategic integrated marketing recommendations across brand, web, SEO, paid media, and digital experiences.
• Oversee onboarding, strategic planning, scope alignment, client communications, and delivery oversight.
