Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader seeks a Client Operations & Strategic Growth Manager to drive client engagement and account strategy for a major client in financial services. You will coordinate budgets, billing guidelines, and cross‑team collaboration across finance, operations, and client services.

You’ll lead AI enablement, track time-entry commitments, and oversee pricing and fee arrangements, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction in a fast-paced, global firm environment.

Qualifications

• Strategically and commercially minded with ability to translate business issues into opportunities.
• Experience coordinating budgets for a multi-matter portfolio and partnering with Finance.
• Deep knowledge of law firm management metrics and billing compliance.
• Familiarity with outside counsel guidelines and timekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the firm’s major client relationship and act as primary internal/external contact.
• Develop and execute strategic client plans with internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and growth.
• Coordinate internal meetings, events, and client-facing initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, billing compliance, and reporting across matters.
