Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalder seeks a Client Operations & Strategic Growth Manager to lead a major client relationship across the financial services sector. You will blend relationship management with operational rigor, guiding strategic plans, budgeting, and billing processes to maximize client value.

You will collaborate with senior lawyers, sector leaders, and business services colleagues, driving AI enablement, pricing coordination, and client feedback initiatives across the firm’s global M&BD

Qualifications

• Seven (7)+ years of relevant experience required; law firm or professional services experience preferred.
• Account management / PMO experience with advanced project mgmt methodology.
• Experience with client-facing project management.
• Experience with scoping, budgeting, project planning, workflow management, post-matter reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, account management, or related field preferred; project mgmt qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage major client relationships and develop strategic client plans.
• Coordinate budgets, timelines, and resources for matters.
• Oversee AI engagement guidance, billing compliance, and time-entry processes.
• Monitor pricing, matters scope, and client billing guidelines.
• Lead with cross-functional teams to drive client growth and retention.
