Hogan Lovells Cadwalader seeks a Client Operations & Strategic Growth Manager to drive client engagement and account strategy for a major client in financial services. You will coordinate budgets, billing guidelines, and cross‑team collaboration across finance, operations, and client services.

Our Marketing & Business Development (MBD) Department supports the firm on a wide range of business development, marketing, and client relationship management activities. We work collaboratively across these activities through dedicated MBD teams aligned to Practice Groups, Clients and Industries, Regions, Corporate Communications (including Public Relations, Brand, Design, Events, and Digital), and Pitches and Pursuits. As a Client Operations & Strategic Growth Manager in the global Marketing and Business Development team, you will play a central role in that strategy. You will manage one of the firm’s most significant client relationships, helping to shape and drive our business development priorities. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, operational excellence, and client service innovation - empowering our teams to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences while deepening client engagement. You will work alongside a highly collaborative global team that is recognized across the firm and by clients for its proactive, strategic approach to managing major accounts. You’ll partner closely with senior lawyers, sector leaders, and business services colleagues, and you will have opportunities to contribute to firmwide initiatives such as our key client program, relationship-driven business development efforts, and client feedback strategy.
Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including one hour for lunch with flexibility for additional hours based on business requirements.
In Washington, D.C., the expected base salary range for this role is $135,970 to $199,390 per year. In New York, the expected base salary range for this role is $145,430 to $213,260 per year. This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications.
This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, which may include annual discretionary bonuses.
Employees in this role are also eligible for benefits offered by the firm, subject to applicable plan terms and conditions, which currently include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; and paid time off.
