Market My Market is a fast-growing digital marketing agency offering customized, full-service marketing campaigns to clients nationwide. The Client Experience Manager will oversee 30-40 service businesses, focusing on account strategy, upselling, renewals, and measurable client success.

The role partners with CSAs and reports to the Director of Client Experience, driving long-term client relationships, strategic insights, and campaign performance across SEO, GBP optimization, and local marketing.

Formación

• 3+ years managing a portfolio of SEO clients at a digital marketing agency.
• Experience with organic SEO strategy development and execution.
• Knowledge of Google Business Profile optimization and local search marketing.
• Experience analyzing SEO performance data and communicating insights to clients.
• Strong understanding of legal, dental or medical industries.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement customized account strategies for clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and secure renewals.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Attend client events, industry conferences, and meetings to strengthen partnerships.
• Oversee a portfolio of 30-40 clients and ensure deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with CSAs to execute marketing activities and reporting.
• Track and report on client performance metrics.
• Provide strategic consultation based on client needs and market trends.
