Job summary

Market My Market is seeking a Client Experience Manager to lead a portfolio of 30–40 providers (law firms, dental and specialty medical practices). You’ll own account strategy, maximize client opportunities through upsell and renewals, and deliver insights from monthly reporting with your CSAs.

You’ll partner with the Director of Client Experience to monitor GBP performance, guide content roadmaps, and present strategic recommendations to clients, driving retention and expansion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a portfolio of SEO clients at a digital marketing agency.
• Ability to interpret Google Search Console data and explain ranking movements to non-technical clients.
• Experience with organic SEO strategy development and execution.
• Strong understanding of Google Business Profile optimization and local search marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Account Strategy: Develop customized strategies to help clients achieve marketing goals.
• Upsells and Renewals: Identify opportunities for upselling services and renewals.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Client Event Representation: Attend client events and meetings to strengthen partnerships.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of 30-40 clients and ensure deliverables.
• Collaboration with CSAs: Coordinate marketing activities with CSAs.
• Performance Monitoring: Track client performance metrics and demonstrate results.
• Problem Solving: Address client challenges with internal teams.
• Strategic Consultation: Provide insights based on market trends.
• Client Experience: Deliver thoughtful client experiences and appropriate gifting.
