QualityAI, an AI-first quality engineering company, is seeking a strategic client leader to drive partnerships with Google stakeholders in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role focuses on executive engagements, delivery excellence, and scalable AI-driven solutions that demonstrate measurable value.

You will translate client challenges into differentiated offerings, develop business cases, and collaborate with sales and delivery teams to shape opportunities and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or delivery leadership.
• Proven track record engaging senior client stakeholders and leading complex programs.
• Experience developing executive presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify and influence growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges into solution frameworks and actionable recommendations.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing leader for Google stakeholders across the Bay Area and act as a strategic advisor.
• Understand Google's priorities and identify opportunities for partnership and growth.
• Lead executive engagements and drive alignment, satisfaction, and long-term account success.
• Oversee delivery quality and execution across multiple programs with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with delivery leaders to identify risks, remove obstacles, and drive outcomes.
• Establish governance models and operational rigor across teams.
• Translate client challenges into scalable solutions and differentiated service offerings.
• Develop executive-ready points of view, business cases, and proof-of-concepts showing value.
• Support sales, practice leaders, and delivery teams to shape opportunities and respond to RFPs.
• Identify AI, data, quality engineering, and enterprise transformation trends for clients.
• Contribute to account planning, QBRs, executive reviews, and long-term growth strategies.
• Provide insights on client sentiment, competition, and organizational priorities.
• Bridge executive stakeholders, delivery teams, and solution leaders for alignment.
