The role blends agile delivery, operations, and executive-facing demos to drive complex software initiatives across engineering, product, and operations.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in technical program management, strong Scrum background, and experience with AI-enabled reporting and scalable SOPs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program/project management within software/hardware environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum with experience running sprint ceremonies
• Experience coordinating multiple engineering teams with prioritization and risk management
• Comfort operating in high-visibility, high-pressure settings (executive demos)
• Familiarity with AI/automation tools for reporting and workflow optimization

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across software development, product management, and operations
• Own end-to-end software programs including infrastructure, automation tooling, telemetry, and data pipelines
• Manage readiness gates between engineering completion and production releases
• Oversee operational functions such as tech support workflows and device management
• Align data pipeline outputs with evolving downstream requirements and data sourcing methods
• Plan and run live product demos for senior leadership and executives
• Develop AI-powered dashboards to track deliverables and flag risks
• Translate progress and blockers to engineering leadership and executives
• Prototype new workflows and codify SOPs to scale practices
• Lead and mentor a small team supporting operational functions
