Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee day-to-day client delivery in a digital marketing context. You will manage relationship with client stakeholders and internal teams to keep campaigns on schedule and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading client meetings, ensuring timely deliverables, and driving process improvements across the delivery team, including Braze-driven campaigns. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years of agency experience in digital marketing or marketing operations.
• Experience with Braze is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with client-facing activities and presenting to clients.
• Knowledge of contracts and managing a SOW.
• Ability to identify new business and marketing opportunities.
• Strong listening and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for day-to-day delivery team and client.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure campaigns are clear and on schedule.
• Run internal and external client meetings and communicate daily with contacts.
• Ensure timeliness and quality of client deliverables.
• Continuously observe and identify areas to improve processes.
• Provide leadership, guidance and operational efficiencies to the delivery team.
• Disseminate information to the appropriate parties for execution.
• Apply critical thinking to identify and mitigate delivery risks.
• Maintain focus on detail while managing multiple Braze email campaigns.
