PGA TOUR, Inc. is seeking a senior-level risk and claims leader to oversee the PGA Tour’s claims management function and support risk, insurance, and safety operations.

The role drives loss-prevention strategies and works with carriers, adjusters and internal teams to optimize outcomes. Responsibilities include managing complex claims across liability, workers’ compensation, auto and property lines, reviewing contracts for insurance compliance, and delivering risk insights to executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business or related discipline preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in risk management, insurance or claims management; corporate headquarters or broker experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation, liability and property claims and insurance practices.
• Experience partnering with carriers, adjusters, third‑party administrators and other external partners.
• Ability to analyze claims and incident data, identify trends and translate findings into practical risk-reduction strategies.
• Ability to communicate potentially serious issues with good judgement and to work in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary claims liaison and manager for workers’ compensation, general and auto liability, and property claims.
• Manage claims from reporting through resolution, coordinating reviews with carriers, brokers and adjusters.
• Review claims progress and reserves with adjusters to evaluate liability and cost-effective resolution.
• Coordinate post-accident drug testing and return-to-work efforts with Talent & Culture and leaders.
• Analyze trends in claims data and provide actionable insights to management.
• Lead risk-management training and collaborate on safety and incident-prevention initiatives.
• Maintain insurance records, renewals, audits and policy documentation.
