Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including training, planning, directing work and performance reviews.
• Mentor and discipline staff as needed.
• Participate in interviews for new staff.
• Conduct regular 1:1, quarterly and annual performance reviews.
• Respond to inquiries and provide resolutions.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of department reports and metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve interdepartmental communication.
• Travel to client locations as required.
• Uphold department policies and budgets.
