Job summary

System One is seeking a Buyer/Procurement Coordinator in Katy, TX to manage the full purchasing cycle for civil and structural materials supporting construction and capital projects. You will partner with project teams, field personnel, and suppliers to ensure material availability, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.

The role requires evaluating quotes, negotiating terms, creating POs, and tracking supplier performance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Experience reviewing technical specifications, vendor quotations, contracts, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Procure civil and structural materials to support project schedules.
• Evaluate material specifications, quotations, and POs for accuracy and compliance.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms with suppliers.
• Create and manage purchase orders with accurate pricing and delivery terms.
