Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with 30 accounting hours and five years of financial management experience.

• Oversees and manages the year-end process for the City of St. Louis financial records.
• Oversees and manages the preparation of cash basis financial statements.
• Oversees the annual ACFR and serves as the main contact for the annual financial audit.
