St. Louis Parking Company is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead the accounting and finance functions across multiple facilities. You will manage daily operations, drive month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls while developing the team.

The role requires a strong background in GAAP, financial analysis, cash management, and process improvement. You will work closely with staff to ensure accurate records and timely reporting in a multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required
• Minimum of ten years in accounting with leadership
• GAAP knowledge and internal controls experience
• Experience producing financial statements for senior management

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily accounting operations
• Oversee month-end close and financial reporting
• Manage cash, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
