Job summary

Texell Credit Union is seeking an experienced Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to lead enterprise risk management and regulatory relationships. The CRO will oversee compliance and legal affairs while advising the CEO and Board on emerging risks. Qualified candidates should have at least 10 years of leadership experience in financial services, as well as a Bachelor's degree. A comprehensive compensation package will be offered to the selected candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in financial services.
• Significant experience in risk management, compliance, legal, or human resources.
• Government affairs or legislative advocacy experience at the state or federal level highly desirable.
