Job summary

BD in Franklin Lakes, NJ seeks a Supply Chain leader to manage channel partner relations and drive cost efficiencies across BD’s supply chain. The role focuses on partnering with Channel Management and business teams to align strategies, improve forecasting, and deliver measurable service improvements.

Qualified candidates will have 4–7 years in supply chain/logistics or sales with distributors, strong data skills (Excel/Power BI), and experience with SAP/JDE platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain; 4–7 years experience in Supply Chain/Logistics or Sales with distributors
• Authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available
• Experience with distributors and large direct accounts preferred
• Ability to lead data-driven process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills; proficient in data analysis and reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall BD Supply Chain in relation to channel partners
• Collaborate with Channel Management and BD business teams to align supply chain strategies
• Lead quarterly business reviews with channel partners and reports on performance
• Drive supply chain efficiencies, inventory visibility, and forecasting accuracy
• Develop and implement strategies for distributor customer relations and demand visibility
• Oversee projects to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and value realization
