Job summary

BD is seeking a Supply Chain Leader to manage channel partner relationships and drive efficient BD supply chain services. You will coordinate with Channel Management, BUs, and partner teams to align operations with business goals and customer service requirements.

The role emphasizes process improvements, cost reduction, and stronger service levels through data-driven analyses and quarterly business reviews with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Supply Chain/Logistics.
• 4–7 years in Supply Chain/Logistics or Sales with distributors and large direct accounts.
• Authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall BD Supply Chain relations with channel partners.
• Collaborate with Channel Management, Strategic Customer Group and BU teams.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with channel partners and drive cost reductions.
• Develop and implement end-to-end visibility of orders, inventory, and demand trends.
• Create metrics and reporting to measure service levels and BD effectiveness.
