Job summary

Humana is seeking a Channel Performance Lead to join the MarketPoint Performance Excellence team. The role focuses on driving performance visibility, insights, and accountability for a designated sales channel and translating results into actionable business decisions.

The successful candidate will analyze channel performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver reporting that connects frontline activity to outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in analytics, performance management, operations, finance, or related functions.
• Experience analyzing performance metrics and delivering leadership insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large data sets.
• Experience creating dashboards, scorecards, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own performance reporting and analysis for an assigned MarketPoint channel.
• Monitor KPI trends and identify opportunities and risks.
• Provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Develop understanding of operational drivers and performance levers.
• Prepare materials for weekly leadership meetings and quarterly reviews.
• Translate data into business insights and narratives.
