Qualifications

• Experience with Agile or application development methodology is a plus.
• Experience designing/delivering Agentic AI or Generative AI solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support critical workstreams of strategic change initiatives from concept through post-execution measurement.
• Develop presentations for cross-functional teams, control partners, and senior management.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to anticipate needs and ensure clear communication.
• Manage program milestones, end-to-end tracking, coordination, and risk/issue escalation.
• Develop user journeys, use cases, workflows, and processes aligned with goals.
• Liaise between business, technology, operations and field service teams to deliver platform solutions.
