Job summary

Children's Wisconsin seeks a strategic change leader to guide enterprise initiatives. You will design and drive change management strategies that enable adoption, minimize disruption, accelerate outcomes, and sustain new ways of working across teams.

You will partner with executives and project teams to assess readiness, address risks, coach leaders through ambiguity, and ensure change aligns with the organization's mission to improve the health and well‑being of children and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in organizational change management, preferably in large-scale or healthcare settings.
• Ability to influence without authority and to coach leaders through ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise change management initiatives and ensure adoption across multiple programs.
• Partner with executive sponsors and project leaders to integrate change strategies into planning and execution.
• Develop comprehensive change plans addressing people, process, technology, culture, and leadership.
• Establish baselines and measures to evaluate readiness, adoption, and outcomes.
