Job summary

Sanofi in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Associate Director of Change Management & Communication for the PSS Enterprise Delivery Office. You will lead tactical delivery of change initiatives, craft stakeholder messaging, and drive adoption across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in pharma/healthcare change management and strong project management, with data-driven, cross-functional collaboration skills to inform decision-making and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of change management, communications, or organizational development in pharma/healthcare.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on ability to translate complex changes into clear, actionable messaging.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive change management plans within the PSS function, ensuring timely delivery of communications touchpoints.
• Manage day-to-day communication activities and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, facilitating meetings and feedback sessions.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align messaging with objectives.
• Monitor effectiveness with surveys and engagement metrics; provide improvement recommendations.
• Prepare regular leadership updates, dashboards, and status reports on progress.
• Coordinate training sessions, town halls, roadshows, and other engagement events.
