Jewish Community High School of the Bay is seeking a full-time Director of Finance & Operations (DFO) to oversee financial and operational practices. Reporting to the Head of School, the DFO will lead a team managing budgets, audits, and human resource matters, while ensuring strategic financial oversight.

The position offers a base salary range of $170,000 to $195,000, with benefits including retirement contributions and health insurance. Start date is July 1, 2026.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive financial and administrative experience, preferably in education or nonprofit.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and standard office tools.
• Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, reporting, and audits.
• Supervise Business Office staff and coordinate with HR Manager.
• Manage tuition assistance budget in collaboration with the Director of Enrollment Management.
