Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting or client service experience, ideally within a professional services or consulting firm.
• 3+ years in management or supervisory roles, leading teams and directing complex projects.
• Experience using AI platforms and tools, including Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership through all phases of a program or project, including strategic planning.
• Direct and oversee integrated consulting engagements and opportunity pursuits.
• Design and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
