Qualifications

• Must have direct Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience.
• 7–10+ years of progressive financial leadership in multi-site operations.
• Experience managing billing, collections, and revenue cycle in SNF.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and modeling for acquisitions and expansions.
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, reporting, and cash flow across states.
• Direct billing and revenue cycle operations with 95%+ collection goals.
• Oversee Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and PDPM performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and CHOW-related financial processes.
• Build and mentor finance and billing teams.
