The role requires extensive SNF billing experience, PCC proficiency, and a track record of improving collections and denials. On-site with travel as needed; reports to CFO.

Qualifications

• Must have direct Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience.
• 5–7+ years in revenue cycle, billing, or collections within SNF/long-term care.
• Experience managing back-office billing teams and workflows.
• Required/PCC experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
• Deep understanding of Medicare/Medicaid billing, PDPM, and payer guidelines.
• Proven success improving collections, AR reduction, and billing accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire revenue cycle across all facilities, from billing through collections.
• Ensure timely, accurate billing submissions in line with Medicare/Medicaid requirements.
• Drive collections performance with a target of 95%+ collection rates.
• Monitor AR aging and aggressively reduce outstanding balances.
• Direct back-office billing teams across multiple facilities and set clear expectations.
• Lead denials management and implement processes to reduce denials.
• Improve PCC system usage and billing workflows with IT and operations.
• Report KPIs to CFO and executive leadership; hold teams accountable.
