Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
• Proven CFO or senior financial management experience in the skilled nursing industry.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with mid to large size SNF company.
• Excellent analytical and leadership abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and strong internal controls.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Lead financial analysis, risk assessment, and performance evaluation.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders.
• Lead year-end audit process and ensure timely completion.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.
• Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals.
