Job summary

Central Oregon Community College seeks a Vice President of Finance and Operations/Chief Financial Officer to lead the College’s financial health and campus services. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, procurement, risk management, contracts, and real estate transactions, while guiding strategic resource allocation across four campuses.

You will report to the President and work closely with college leaders, faculty, and staff to advance student learning and institutional priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Seven years of senior leadership experience in accounting or financial administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating and capital budget development and long-range forecasting.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, risk management, and fiscal project management.
• Provide operational leadership for Fiscal Services and Campus Services (facilities, grounds, maintenance and custodial).
• Collaborate with the President and Board on fiscal strategies and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and internal controls.
