Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates, LLC is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead all financial functions at the Kansas City, MO corporate HQ. You will own financial leadership, reporting, and governance across Finance, Procurement, and Master Data to support the business turnaround and growth strategy.

The role requires 15+ years in senior finance leadership, 5+ years as CFO in a consumer goods environment, plus an MBA and/or CPA.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive senior finance leadership.
5+ years as CFO or equivalent senior finance executive.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or related field.
MBA and/or CPA required.
Strong leadership and analytical skills with collaborative approach.
Experience with multi-P&Ls and global financial operations.

Responsibilities

Lead finance, procurement, and master data leadership across the organization.
Oversee multiple P&Ls and COGS models for products and operations.
Drive strategic planning, cost savings, and cross-functional alignment with sales and profitability goals.
Guide annual budgeting, forecasts, and financial reporting processes.
Manage treasury, cash flow, taxes, audits, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and coach the Finance Leadership Team and ensure succession planning.
