UDC is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join our Leadership team. This critical role shapes the company’s financial strategy and guides growth.

The CFO will partner with the CEO and leadership, delivering financial insight, business acumen, and thoughtful leadership to key decisions. The CFO will be based at offices in Englewood, CO or Waukesha, WI, leading finance, HR oversight, contract administration and corporate operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Experience leading finance for professional services or project-based organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and reporting for the company.
• Oversee accounting operations, controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Provide executive partnership to CEO and Leadership Team.
• Oversee HR, contract administration, and admin functions.
