Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: advise executive team on financial decisions and growth initiatives.
• Accounting Operations: oversee AR, AP, GL, payroll, and financial reporting with timely closings.
• Process Improvement & Technology: evaluate and optimize financial systems; drive automation.
• Compliance & Controls: ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with auditors/tax professionals.
• Leadership & Team Development: mentor finance staff and build a high-performing department.
