Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the company’s financial strategy, operations, and governance. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to drive sustainable growth, improve financial performance, manage risk, and support informed business decisions.

The role requires strong financial leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on execution across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and finance automation initiatives to scale the business responsibly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• CPA/CFA or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior executive roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with long-term objectives.
• Serve as strategic advisor to CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors.
