Job summary

Private Manufacturer of Engineered Products in Sheboygan, WI seeks a strategic CFO to lead FP&A, accounting, reporting, treasury, and compliance across multiple divisions.

Partnering with the CEO and board, the CFO will elevate finance from reactive reporting to proactive business partnership, driving planning, cost optimization, risk management, and value creation through growth initiatives including M&A and international expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Proven CFO-level experience with P&L responsibility in manufacturing/industrial firms.
• Strong background in M&A, forecasting, and capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A including budgeting, rolling forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, controls, and treasury with real-time insights via JD Edwards + BI.
• Provide strategic modeling on risks, pricing, costing, and investments.
• Engage in M&A due diligence, valuation, integration, expansion.
• Maintain investor relationships and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Lead finance team and foster cross-functional collaboration.
