Job summary

Ironbeam, Inc. seeks a strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, reporting, and performance management. This executive role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution in a growing futures clearing merchant and broker-dealer environment.

The CFO will partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive profitability, ensure regulatory compliance, and build robust financial processes, controls, and governance as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills; ability to influence executive decision-making.
• Experience in regulated financial services and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Serve as a key financial advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning, growth initiatives, pricing, investment decisions, and profitability improvement.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and financial modeling.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and executive dashboards.
• Support enterprise risk management and internal controls.
