Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Progressive leadership experience in finance and accounting functions.
• Ability to translate operational performance into financial insights.
• Deep understanding of project-based accounting, cost management, forecasting, and controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial technologies; process improvements.
• Expertise in financial planning, cash flow management, risk assessment, and strategic decisions.
• Experience supporting expansion initiatives or complex organizational change is a plus.
• Collaborative leadership style across finance, operations, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior financial leader and trusted advisor to ownership on growth strategy and planning.
• Lead all finance and accounting operations with accurate reporting and fiscal discipline.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for growth.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support stability and expansion.
• Evaluate capital needs and financing opportunities with banks and funding sources.
• Partner with operations to provide financial insight and performance analysis.
• Oversee external relationships with banks, insurers, tax advisors, and auditors.
• Strengthen internal controls, reporting processes, and financial workflows.
• Build and mentor the finance team to support growth.
