Job summary

Xona is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of the company. The successful candidate will partner closely with the CEO to define the financial direction and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and compliance while managing relationships with external partners.

The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of leadership experience in finance, proven expertise in FP&A and accounting, and strong capabilities in communicating with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent senior role).
• Proven experience operating in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
• Strong expertise across FP&A, accounting, and financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Xona's financial strategy with the CEO.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
• Own company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
